Philbert Otieno Siama is an Urban and Regional Planner with experience spanning private practice, government agencies, civil society, and research institutions, specializing in applying geospatial and socio-economic data to climate resilience, development control, urban finance, and spatial policy.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Built Environment in Urban and Regional Planning from the Technical University of Kenya and a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Urban Development from the Africa Urban Lab at the Africa School of Economics.
